Product Manager

Job description

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for translating the company’s vision into product’s quarterly OKRs. It will be expected that by detailed analysis of product metrics, user research and by interaction with other areas you generate an extensive pipeline of solutions and prioritise them accordingly.


To be successful in the role you’ll have to be an amazing communicator and very skilful working with cross functional teams. You’ll have a team of product designers and researchers to support you. Last and not least you’ll work very closely with the tech team coordinating releases, defining quality standards and crafting solutions to current company problem.


About the position:

  • Continuously work with our customers to generate opportunities that are addresses the problems they are trying to solve. 
  • Identify which metrics are paramount to the success of the business and act in the construction of meaningful signals from our metrics and use them to inform our design decisions.
  • You will own the Product Roadmap for one of our squads.
  • Collaborate with our design team to come up with wireframes and UI.
  • Work with the development team to write stories, plan, and manage sprint work.
  • Communicate new product releases to internal and external customers.
  • Work with internal customers (sales, customer success, operations) and ensure their insights contribute to product decisions.

Job requirements

  • 2-4 years hands on working experience in Product.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs.
  • Experience working with ODI and Continuous Discovery is a nice to have. 
  • Experience in Tech/Internet/Startups is a must.
  • Belief in data-driven design and ability to work with various analytics platforms to help inform and validate design decisions.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a must.
  • Experience working with SQL or another language for database navigation is a nice to have.
